Delete your Banana account

Use this page to ask us to delete your Banana account and the data attached to it.

Fastest route: delete it inside the app

If you still have Banana installed and can sign in, delete the account yourself. It runs immediately — there is no waiting period and you do not need to contact us.

Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account

Only use the form below if you cannot do that — for example if you have uninstalled the app or lost access to the Google account you signed in with.

What we keep, and why

Payment transaction records are kept for accounting and tax purposes, as the law requires. When your account is deleted they are detached from your identity — what remains is the transaction, not you.

How long it takes

In the app: immediate.
Through this form: verified and completed within 30 days.

A verification email goes to the address you give us. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and confirm — that is what stops someone else from deleting your account by typing your address.
